    About Trigitec

    Trigitec is a young and growing distributor in the professional Audio/Video, ProAV and broadcast market. From our office in Lijnden, near Amsterdam, we supply products, technical knowledge and support to customers throughout Europe.

    We work with resellers, system integrators and professional AV partners, supporting them with product advice, project support, logistics, technical support and RMA handling.

    Due to our continued growth, we are looking for a new colleague to strengthen our team in a versatile role with a clear focus on technical support.


    The Role

    As a Technical Support & Operations Specialist, you will be an important point of contact for technical questions from customers, suppliers and colleagues. You will help customers with product-related questions, support them with technical issues and ensure that returns, warranty cases and RMAs are handled professionally.

    Technical support is crucial in our industry. Our customers work with professional AV and broadcast solutions, where reliability, knowledge and fast support are essential. You do not need to know everything from day one, but you should enjoy learning about technology, products and customer challenges.

    In addition to technical support, this is an all-round role. Trigitec is a small and young team, which means we help each other wherever needed. This means you may also support sales, projects, warehouse activities, logistics or trade shows.


    What You Will Do

    Your responsibilities will include:

    • Answering and following up on technical questions from customers and partners.
    • Handling, registering and following up on returns, warranty cases and RMAs.
    • Maintaining contact with suppliers regarding technical issues, repairs and product information.
    • Supporting the sales team with technical questions and customer projects.
    • Helping customers find the right product solutions.
    • Testing, checking or preparing AV and broadcast equipment.
    • Assisting with warehouse and logistics activities when needed.
    • Supporting trade shows and events in the Netherlands and across Europe.
    • Helping with the build-up of exhibition stands and maintaining customer contact during trade shows.
    • Contributing to fast, accurate and professional customer service.


    Who We Are Looking For

    We are looking for someone who is interested in technology, enjoys solving problems and likes working with customers. You do not necessarily need experience in the broadcast or ProAV industry, but an affinity with IT, audio, video, networking or technology is important. We can teach you the specific products and market knowledge.

    You will be a good fit if you can work independently but also enjoy being part of a team. Because we are a small and flexible company, we are looking for someone who does not think strictly in fixed job descriptions, but is willing to help wherever needed.


    What We Ask

    • HBO-level working and thinking ability, or equivalent professional experience.
    • Affinity with IT, technology, audio/video or professional AV solutions.
    • Experience in ProAV, broadcast, IT or technical support is a plus.
    • Good command of the English language is a must.
    • Dutch language skills are preferred. 
    • Customer-focused, accurate and solution-oriented mindset.
    • Ability to explain technical information clearly to customers and colleagues.
    • Interest in learning about new products and technologies.
    • Willingness to occasionally travel to trade shows and events in the Netherlands and Europe.
    • Preferably living within commuting distance of Lijnden/Amsterdam.
    • Mainly available to work on-site at our office in Lijnden.
