Magewell Upgrades the Firmware of Director Plus

Dear Magewell partners,

Magewell upgrades the firmware of Director Plus device to V3.3.1063. Please see the details: 

Firmware V3.3.1063:

1. Director Utility App adds Screen Mirroring feature, enabling users to cast mobile device screen to Director device. (Requires the latest app version)
2. Audio encoding now supports a bitrate of 256 kbps.
3. Timer GFX now enables users to configure countdowns for custom dates and times.
4. Add support for bulk media file uploads through the Web UI.
5. Improve HDMI port compatibility to work with more peripheral devices including Hollyland products.
6. Add Wi‑Fi hotspot band selection (5 GHz/6 GHz) to improve compatibility with diverse client devices.
7. When Speedify network bonding is enabled on the device, clients connected to the Wi-Fi hotspot can share the aggregated network traffic.
8. Add a "Jump back to start" option within the event replay duration configuration menu.
9. Add the NetBird app for local installation and use.
10. Optimize overall memory footprint.
11. Boost decoding performance for NDI High Bandwidth streams.
12. Refine the UI layout and interaction for an improved user experience.
13. Fix other known issues.

Availability:

Existing users can update to version 3.3.1063 directly from the device's touchscreen interface or by downloading the new firmware from the product pages or the Downloads page.
