Magewell Ultra Encode SDI

The Magewell Ultra Encode SDI is a versatile, affordable encoder designed for high-quality live streaming. Supporting both H.264 and H.265 encoding, it provides a flexible solution for a wide range of streaming applications. The Ultra Encode SDI supports streaming to popular platforms such as Facebook Live, YouTube, and Twitch, while also offering the capability to stream to custom servers using protocols like RTSP, RTMP, and SRT. Additionally, it supports advanced streaming protocols such as NDI®|HX, HLS, and more.

This encoder can handle input resolutions up to 2048x1080 at 60fps, and includes SDI embedded audio with 16 channels, as well as an option for audio input via the 3.5mm LINE IN. With dual stream encoding capabilities, users can configure main and sub-stream profiles to optimize the video quality and bitrate for their specific streaming needs. It also offers loop-through capabilities for monitoring the video signal.

The Ultra Encode SDI is equipped with internet connectivity options, including wired Ethernet and wireless network support. Users can control the device remotely via the web-based GUI or Magewell's Control Hub, and it also provides HTTP APIs for custom integrations.
